Proof of vaccination within the past 12 months (6 mo. preferred): Tetanus, Eastern/Western Equine Encephalomyelitis, West Nile Virus, Rabies, Equine Influenza, Equine Herpesvirus, AND proof of negative Coggins test (within the past 12 months or current Michigan law) AND be free from any visible signs of illness; runny nose, cough, fever, depression etc.
If under normal training pressure your horse uses rearing to avoid going forward - we need to be informed in advance. It can be dangerous for a horse to rear when on the water treadmill. Sedation may be required.
All horses should: lead well, move away from pressure, allow handling of feet and tail, not kick, bite or have other dangerous behaviors.
Horses are to be reasonably clean on arrival. Horses with excessive loose hair or dirt/mud that need to be groomed before using equipment will be subject to a $20 excess grooming charge. We pick feet and rinse legs.
Haul-in clients to remain on site during service. No one under 18 to be left unattended on site.
We cannot guarantee your horse will successfully load onto and work on the water treadmill. We will work up to 45 minutes per session and will make every effort, but in the end it’s up to the horse.

If you need to muzzle your dog at the veterinarian’s office, be sure to bring a muzzle with you to your session.
Note: Only water treadmill and laser therapy are available for canines. The water treamill is available seasonally, typically from mid-May through mid-September due to the ambient water temperature.
